The whole process was filled with an eagerness to evaluate rather than to hire:
* Submission of an English test to obtain a certificate with the English level.
* First Interview requesting legal documents without a job offer.
* Extremely long, subjective technical examinations, disregarding the candidate's seniority. Besides, supplying wrong passwords.
Despite successfully passing all these tests, I was not hired, and I was not even given correct feedback. This denotes subjugation on the part of the company.
Following the entire hiring protocol, I only received this feedback from the recruiting company: "We noticed a lack of willingness, attitude, and desire to do the technical test."
One of the worst processes I have ever participated in. Be careful.
