Was a brief call with hiring manager then two calls with people on the retail team - mostly behavioral but also random case/real scenario questions thrown in. I found one of the interviewers questions to be extremely bizarre and unprofessional and almost condescending in how the questions were asked. He spent 20 minutes asking me so many questions about what 'value' i actually bring in my current role, despite me being older and more experienced than the interviewer. Then threw in so many hypothetical questions about the role which I was not aware would be apart of that interview. The interview lasted over 45 minutes and was a complete waste of time. Would not recommend this company.

Question 1
What value do you actually bring in your current role? What ideas do you have for the retail analyst role?
Unprofessional communication during the interview process. After initial interest and outreach from the company, I spent time preparing and responding thoughtfully, only to be ghosted without closure. This lack of respect for candidates raises concerns about how the company values people and communicates internally. If this is how they handle talent during the interview stage, it makes you question what it might be like as a full-time employee.
