The interview experience was condescending and entirely gaslighting. It came across as highly disrespectful, something I have never experienced in a professional interview before. The tone felt more like a cross examination than a conversation, as if I were on the witness stand being discredited by opposing counsel. It was clear that this is not a culture I would feel comfortable working in. Additionally, they sent me a large amount of material on the day of the interview after we had already confirmed the meeting, which I found inconsiderate since it gave me no opportunity to properly review it in advance.
