I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deazy (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
I was approached on LinkedIn by an employee of Deazy as he thought I would be a good fit for the role. After some back and forth I agreed to an interview. I gave up an hour of my time (interview went well) and I informed them of the package I would need. I was told they'll be back in touch with me shortly. They never got back in contact and didn't even have the decency to reply to my follow up email. I suspect I was outside their price range and that there was no real job to begin with as the role still hasn't been hired for. Avoid this company. They don't know how to treat people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deazy in Aug 2022
Interview
Well communicated and straightforward. All the thing's you'd expect. The only difference is that the task stage and cultural interview stage are longer than average meetings, so be prepared to put the time in.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deazy (Barcelona) in Aug 2022
Interview
They are a young company but in the good way. The interviewer was approachable and got in contact with me all the time but to say I wasn't the chosen one. I wish I had a feedback or something.
