Interview
I applied for the job on the Saturday, this included scenario questions, employment history, and general information about yourself.
I then received a text and email on Monday asking me to call a number and discuss my application further, this was a short telephone interview in which they asked me about my experience, what I thought was good customer service, and what I would do if a customer had a problem.
They then said I would hear back via email within the next 7 days.
The following Friday I received an email asking me to ring them and arrange a store interview, this consisted of an interview with the restaurant manager and the store manager. Both were really friendly and put you at ease immediately, I even had a complimentary cup of tea. They asked questions about why I want to further a career in hospitality, why I chose Debenhams, what about food service do I like, and told me about further progression opportunities. It wasn’t a difficult interview at all, more of a chat if I’m honest.
They said I would hear back within the next week, but the store manager called me that evening and told me they’d like to offer me the job!

Interview
I applied through indeed online and then got an email and text message telling me to ring them. I had an over the phone interview which lasted around five minutes. I was then invited for a face to face interview. This lasted around 30 minutes. The woman was really chill and chatty and I wasn’t nervous at all.

Interview
I first had a phone interview that asked easy questions like what do you think makes good team work? I passed that and received a face-to-face interview. This interview was fine, quite easy questions and I was made to feel comfortable. I passed the interview but was then told I'd need a trial shift. I went for the trial shift but wasn't observed the entire time and when I saw the supervisor for about 2 minutes part way through, she just asked about my previous experience which is something they should have got from the interview. I also found out at the end that they only had 1 position available and there were 3 people after it which made me more annoyed that I had been working without any observation from anyone. It was also unpaid so just felt like cheap labour to me. I found it all very strange and unsurprisingly didn't get the job. However, if that's how they act in a trial shift, what would it be like to actually work there?

Interview
So firstly i applied online and that process was quite easy and reasonably quick. Then there was a phone interview with a couple of questions, maybe around four questions, which was also quite easy.
Its been a week and a few days and still waiting for a response
