Interview
Initial conversation with recruiter, then interview with Delivery Director followed by a very challenging case study with 4 members of staff which you receive in advance. Process was difficult and case study was frankly a bit stressful but good company, inspiring mission and smart people that seemed straight talking and decent. They gave you feedback after the case study which was helpful and unusual.
