Interview
Their recruitment process is different than others I've experienced. It was new & fresh for me, and very very very transparent. They're very honest with you about their company culture, even goes the extra miles to warn you that working with them is not for the faint hearted.
Systematic; there was a whole system in place. As well as quick follow-ups from the HR so that I as a candidate don't feel I have to chase to get updates upon my employment.
I only got up to the one way interview and it was conducted half in chinese and half in english.
