Next was a job simulation with case studies and video responses. The final stage was a competency-based interview. Overall, the process was thorough and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.

One key question they asked me was: "Can you describe a time when you faced a challenging problem and how you approached solving it?" They were focused on understanding my problem-solving skills, decision-making process, and how I handle pressure.

Long process but good communication from the team. Started with call form TA, then a conversation with a senior member of staff, a group case day, and a final day of interviews.
Applied via linkedin, after a month or so received a call asking few questions to know about us. Once they are satisfied with the answers, hr team will contact with a tentative date. I missed that call and interview date has been scheduled with the help of chatbot. Got rescheduled couple of times but I dont know the reason. Online interview via zoom with 2 interviewers. Process was smooth and difficulty level is medium. Though they advertised for business analyst their focus is mainly on consultant.
