I have cleared my 3 rounds of interview with adequate knowledge but suddenly a member from HR team of company comes to me and says i can leave for the day I was stunned he supported my rejection by saying i was not up to the mark in 2nd round where the hr clearly told me i can leave for 3rd round. With heartful of sorrow i have left to my place when one of the HR calls me and ask why did i leave:-) Later they just interviewed me for basic formality and rejected me without any reason i have given interviews for top MNCs but that was the best interview of mine but i still got rejected. If that guy didnt show up to me i would have been in deloitte today
