The job description never mentioned that multinational payroll experience was a mandatory requirement, yet during the first round, my profile was rejected solely for not having prior exposure to multinational payroll. This should have been clearly highlighted in the job posting to ensure transparency and avoid wasting time for both candidates and interviewers.
