Mostly self lead for behavior portion of interview. Bring questions.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Austin, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Had two back-to-back interviews. First one was behavioral that lasted 30 minutes. Second one was a case study. First guy seemed very nice and talkative. Second guy was very blunt and quiet. If I had done well on these interviews, I would've gotten one more the next day.
