Interview
I applied directly from my university with my resume and up to date transcript. I was interviewed at the beginning of the academic year by an HR representative and had two subsequent interviews. The first interview was in person at the university and the subsequent interviews were at the downtown locations. One interview had a manager in audit and the final one had a junior partner. Shortly after the final interview, I received a job offer from Deloitte. I signed the contract that same day, as there is no room to bargain with them and all stipulations are pretty standard for a hire from university.

Colloquio conoscitivo e poi tecnico su domande prettamente di intermediari finanziari e di logica, prima parte mi è stato chiesto da fare una breve presentazione in inglese. iter partito in estate terminato a fine settembre.
Presso la nostra università è stato indetto un rectruting day e dopo la presentazione uno alla volta abbiamo fatto un colloquio conoscitivo 1 a 1 della durata di 5 minuti massimo

Hanno chiesto prettamente il percorso formativo, su cosa ero portato, se volevo già iniziare a lavorare e soprattutto se ero disposto a spostarmi
It was an extremely challenging experience during those two hours, as they evaluated my confidence more than the accuracy of my answers. Controlling my emotions was difficult. The best move now is to dedicate the day to intense Power BI training and deep dive into finance fundamentals, ensuring clarity, speed, and mental resilience under pressure. This is non-negotiable if I want to rise above mediocrity.
