Very basic questions. Like wcf , difference between constant and read only, SQL queries. What all did u do in your project. Difference between Value type and reference type.What is WCF and how it is different from normal web service. Difference between soap and rest web services. Types of hosting for WCF. No of primary keys in oracle.

What is WCF and how it is different from normal web service
They asked code concepts of .net and scenario based API question. Along with Sql and coding questions. They asked about project which I am working on. Make sure to give the details of your work and you should be able to explain your project. Also tell them the contribution you have given in this project. The difficulty level was moderate.
