Four step process: initial interview, consulting case-study, psychometric testing (four hours), and final interview with the director. Case study is provided two-days in advance to allow for adequate preparation.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.

The interview process was average big4 interview with general questions about yourself and experiences, which took about 30 - 40mins. Interviewer was professional and I had a neutral experience about the interview
