Very long interview process which consisted of three stages. I had to chase the Recruiter time and time again for an update. The first stage was with the Recruiter for a screening call and to go through career history, the second stage was with a more senior colleague within the team who asked competency based questions and was really approachable. The final stage was with a lady at the same level as the previous colleague who was was very cutting and rude. I would avoid Deloitte at all costs because of this final stage experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
Hiring for "long term" but actually only maternity cover leave, so chance is you will not be kept on once other person returns from work. No micromanagement, and generally positive experience.
The interview time was rescheduled but finally conducted, which lasted for about Half an hour, it was like a daily conversation, not so many questions maybe because it was for an experienced role
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte in Feb 2022
Interview
After submitting my application, i got an invite to an initial call the next day. The next stage was the main interview which was strength based and there was also a role play case study. I heard back a few day later that i passed but there was a final informal chat to understand my level of experience and the amount of training/ support i need. I got the formal offer the same day.
