Applied through university recruiting process. First round was a pretty straightforward interview with two of the managers within the group I was interviewing for. They asked the normal behavioral and experience related questions mostly and threw in a couple of simple logic questions that mostly involved simple math. The second round was at their office in NYC where I met with 5 more managers who all asked basically the same questions and then had lunch with 3 of the analysts and two other guys who were interviewing that same day. They did send a letter telling me I did not get the job and reimbursed my travel expenses (gas and parking for me). They acted professional throughout the whole process.
