Very good, they want someone with a high level of understanding and knows how to get points across within their explanations. So you would need to have heavy preparation beforehand to compete with other candidates.

I went through 4 interviews with various different team members including a colleague from the team, the direct boss and HR. Overall, it was easy and expectations were clearly communicated.

Very long interview and gruelling questions. Approximately five stages of interviews, followed by extensive testing. The process is very long and complex. Initial HR screening followed by internal management and continues with intensive screening.
