Interview
The first stage is a meeting with HR.
They ask some questions and you have to do a small test.
The second meeting is with Devs and in the final you have a meeting with the Manager.

The first part of the interview was a JS test with classes and date diff.

It was a first review and focused to learn some basic informations about me, like my education, my previous work experience. They will send me an exercise and if the feedback will be good, they will continue with another interview.

Prima del colloquio conoscitivo (il primo dell'iter), chiedono di svolgere un test d'inglese e due test a risposta multipli tra 5 proposti. Colloquio conoscitivo standard, in cui chiedono di raccontarsi. Segue colloquio tecnico in cui mi hanno chiesto di mostrare un mio progetto e di discuterne il codice. Segue domanda logica. Alla fine si va direttamente con l'offerta.

Colloquio tranquillo. Manager e HR molto disponibili e carini. Due colloqui fatti: il primo conoscitivo, in cui mi è stato chiesto di raccontare di me e perché volessi entrare in Deloitte. Il secondo tecnico in cui il manager, molto giovane, mi ha chiesto quali tecnologie di web developer conoscessi.
