Interview
Very friendly, not too technical. We had a group dicussion followed by an interview. During GD they were trying to understand if you can gather your thoughts, listen to what others have to say, discuss politely and if possible bring consensus among the members.
Interview was a bit technical where very basic questions on accounting and finance was tested.
Difficulty level- I would say was easy!
Advise- just be truthful and be yourself

3-4 Step Interview Process. Required a streamlined process of an Aptitude Test at first , A group discussion round followed by two HR interviews. The final interview was with the top management executives and was quite a fun experience. Gave me a chance to explore my inner capabilities and know what I truly can accomplish. The process took about 7-8 hours in total.

I was recruited on campus. It consisted of a GD and PI and then later Versant Test at Deloitte office. GD had really easy topics like current affairs, general topics. Mostly only the top senior managers would be in the panel so therfore they would want the cream of the crowd. What they look for is really good listening skills, how well you can converse , since you will be dealing with a lot of foreign clients and a charming personality.
