1 - General assesment with other candidates: personal presentation, case study and english Test. (Supervisor of HR manager)
2 - Single interview with Area Manager and HR. Motivational and personal background.
3 - If you pass stage 2, there is the last call with the Partner. This interview lasted for 40 minutes. General question, motivation, background, education, what I am expecting for this jobs. The partner was very kind.

Applied online and was granted an interview. The process itself was just one interview with a manager and a senior partner. The interview itself was very laid back and more behavioral than technical. Deloitte kitchener was more of a niche market and my experiences with Communitech lined up with their tech consulting program that they offered. I'm excited to begin my career with them!

Interview
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Group Assessment. Read case. Write summary individually. Group discussion in any language the group is comfortable with. Presentation in front of the board in English. Q&A session.
3. Partner Interview. Basic self introduction. Partner talked about the job details. Question time.
Tips:
Group Assessment: you may want to arrive a bit early to meet other candidates in your group so you learn their names and background. Read the case really quick. Try to contribute to the group by keeping time, or writing stuff on the board while others are still discussing to save time.
