-Easy basic IQ questions, no coding involved, Free discussion about my projects. The interview took 45 minutes. No coding involved in the interview, a non-technical person could have easily passed this interview aswell
Three round 2 technical and 1 techno managerial.
First round coding followed by the techno managerial .
Then the company fit round and they checked on all the things that salesforce developer with 6 yoe must be knowing like write trigger batch flow etc etc
Did my first interview with HR few days ago. Good experience overall. Well structured process, covered all topics and information i needed. Felt comfortable and it went smoothly. Continued with second round.
