Interview
Applied online via their website for the role. Had to fill in a couple of standard competencies. This was followed by Numerical and Verbal Reasoning test, not too difficult. Then the first round interview, had half an hour to do a case study, discussed for 15 mins and the remaining 45 mins spent on the interview.

Applied online, completed aptitude tests and was the invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview. Was initially told I was unsuccessful but then was invited to a live virtual interview about a month later

Interview
Application form and tests. Invited to interview. Consisted of talking through a fictional business case study with an employee and looking at trends of the business and solutions to the issues it was facing, followed by discussing a long-term project that I had been involved with and the skills that I'd shown etc. Interview took about an hour and a half. Staff were very friendly. Nice offices.
