I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Washington, DC) in May 2012
Interview
My situation was peculiar in the particular manner I was plucked out of grad school. But when it came time to actually interview for a specific job, the interview was not unnecessarily fraught or stressful, I didn't feel like anyone was trying to stump me for the sake of it and the interviewer did a good job of clarifying my specific skill set without presenting the job as a narrow series of tasks.
