Interview
This interview was for the ERS department for the analyst position. Applied for the position via school. The first round was a short 30 - 45 mins behavioural interview with a consultant & manager. First round questions were the typical behavioural interview questions like, what are strengths, resolving conflict etc. The 2nd round was also a short 30-45 mins behavioural interview with a senior manager and partner. No case interview component to this but I have heard that they are planning to include that in the future. For 2nd round, they will really explain to you the type of work they do and which type of work that might be of interest to you.

Question 1
For 2nd round, they started the interview by giving me like 2 minutes to come up with a pitch as to why do you want to work in Deloitte. You can write your points out on a paper or on the whiteboard if you want for that. And then the behavioural component was also rather similar, except that they go into more detail on a particular experience that you brought up when answering their questions.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
It was medium level interview starting from your intro then 2 ques from your resume then some technical question from core subjects then 1 dsa ques and a hr question.
