It consists of two interviews. The first contact was by phone with the HR, then two interviews with two director of the service line. The distance between the two interviews was quite short and I appreciated that. In general, the impression was extremely positive.

took 20 minutes asked about my experience and what i did in my previous role, then asked technical questions which were basic based on the job role which anyone having experience could answer unprepared

It was okay. It was a 2-staged interview and a behavioral test. The first interview was with HR, and the second one with two business partners from the selected department.
