Interview
The recruitment process was really brief as there are only two stage of interview.
Started off with an online test (consisting of numerical, english grammar, essay writing and IQ tests). We were given the link by the HR Department via email . You are given a period of time to complete all test - as they aim to test your time management skills as well.
Soon after, you will be called for an interview with your recruiter's management (the business entity that you are applying for). It is a one-on-one session with business Senior Manager.

Question 1
Please elaborate how you can transition yourself from university life to a professional working life?
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.
The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
