I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Jul 2024
Interview
i was reached out by the some consultants. then Deloitte Hr sent mail and scheduled the first round in teams. it was bit difficult. most of them are scenario based question and scripting related questions.

Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
