Das Vorstellungsgespräch war top organisiert und professionell. Es begann mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung, gefolgt von einer kurzen Selbstpräsentation. Danach wurden gezielte Fragen zu meinen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen gestellt. Besonders spannend war eine Teamaufgabe, bei der ich gemeinsam mit anderen ein Problem lösen musste. Die Atmosphäre war respektvoll, fordernd und gleichzeitig sehr motivierend.

Question 1
Die wichtigste Frage war: „Wie reagieren Sie in stressigen Teamsituationen?“ Diese Frage war herausfordernd, weil sie meine Teamfähigkeit und mein Konfliktverhalten beleuchtet hat. Ich konnte anhand eines Beispiels zeigen, wie ich durch Kommunikation und Empathie zur Lösung beigetragen habe. Insgesamt war das Interview auf hohem Niveau – respektvoll, herausfordernd und mit Fokus auf Teamarbeit.
1st round was in person interview. I have few technical question and 2 coding question. They are me to write pseudocode.
2nd round was with senior manager. It was a walk through of my resume

Multiples of 3 both ascending and descending.
One code was given to me using arrays and pointer and I need to find fill the gap and find the mistake in that code

Interview
Interviewed at UCF campus.
Had 2 tech rounds, fairly simple. Was not expected to code.
White boarded logic and design.
Had 2 HR rounds. Pretty straightforward and simple questions.
Had to interview again after receiving an offer to enter deloitte digital.
3 layers of interview. HR, senior consultant, manager. Critical thinking questions were asked. Basic knowledge asked related to my minor. The whole process took a few weeks until I got my offer.
