Demos Helsinki interview questions

The online application was a google form with all the questions about personal details and an assignments. All of that could have been done with submitting CVs but nope. After which if you are accepted you will continue with a workshop round, that you work with other candidates on one of their past cases. The instruction and question was super long and hard to follow. Then another in person interview. Was easy basic HR questions. Both two of their promised deadlines to get back with the results were not met and postponed. The whole process is too much of work for a 1500euros monthly salary, full time position.
