Very quick turn around, was contacted within 3 days of applying and turn around between interview and offer was within a week. Have seen both group interview and one on one interview processes and both are great, straight to the point and direct. No time wasting

Asked a lot of questions about previous customer service experience and what you can bring to the role - asked for scenarios, mainly to show how you can be a feat to the team. Really good group interview set up and team is very direct but friendly
