They ask you about your history with behavioral health, if you have any ORR experience, what languages you speak, scenarios and your responses dealing with youth care and availability. There will be two interviews. The first is more or less a screening to see if you meet full qualifications to be referred to the department they will place you at to be interviewed. The second is more in depth questions and scenarios dealing with the population they serve. Just answer honestly and with common sense.
