An assessment is completed before the video interview, including classical behavioral questions designed to determine whether there is a strong fit for the role, along with a series of practical simulations to evaluate key skills.

Enjoyed my interview. I had two 30 minute phone calls. They weren't very technical. There was a brain teaser and a question about accounting (I had done a class), as well as general behavioural questions.
