Interviewed twice, feedback was positive, then complete silence. One of my interviewers didn't show up with no explanation. My status sat unchanged for weeks then moved to "Inactive" without any communication. The recruiter had to chase for answers and wasn't even told a decision had been made. Later realised the role likely went to an internal candidate. No feedback ever provided. If you're an external canidate, expect to be treated as an afterthought.
