I interviewed for a Compliance role and completed a two-stage interview process. Both rounds were technical and focused on how I would approach real-world compliance scenarios, requiring practical application of regulatory and risk management knowledge rather than purely behavioural answers.
The interviewers were professional, respectful and genuinely pleasant to speak with. Candidates should expect detailed discussions around regulatory topics, decision-making and how they would handle situations encountered in the role.
Although I was ultimately unsuccessful due to gaps in specific product knowledge, the overall experience was positive. The recruiter was highly responsive throughout the process and provided feedback promptly after the interview. I particularly appreciated the transparency and respect shown to candidates by communicating outcomes quickly and clearly.
