The HR Personnel will usually update about your application within 2-5 days. They are really approachable and patient. Just always keep your lines open. My first phone call interview happened while I was on the train.
Diligent, effective and respectful approach. The interviewer was punctual and very professional in his handling of the meeting. I will proceed to the next round of meeting with participation of a higher ranked employee.
