Kept expectations low, based on past experience with DB. Interview process was surprisingly smooth. DB counterparts were well prepared, showed common sense and had actual, approved head count. Large shops like DB may invite candidates for interviews even when the head count has not been fully secured yet. Or the head count may evaporate down the road. I guess I managed to get in at the right time when all the ducks were lined up properly. Overall the process was very professional and speedy. My external recruiter probably also contributed here.
