Did not consider finance questions, gave hypothetical scenarios based on race situations. Did not get a chance to correct the interviewer. Was not sure what to do. this resulted in not getting a job offer.

Diligent, effective and respectful approach. The interviewer was punctual and very professional in his handling of the meeting. I will proceed to the next round of meeting with participation of a higher ranked employee.
