We have had a phone screening to discuss qualifications and experience for the position, and I was subsequently invited to an in-person interview. During the first-round interview, we discussed about skills, experience, and fit for the job. I also answered some behavioral and situational questions to help better understand the work style and problem-solving abilities.

The first stage is a phone call that lasts about 30 minutes. Discussion about the CV, basic hr questions, and discussion about the company and the role. If you are shortlisted, there is a one-hour interview with two managers. You are assigned with a case study delivery two days earlier, and you have to prepare it for the interview. During the second interview, the first 30 minutes are about your CV and your goals, and you have to answer basic hr questions. The second half of the interview is about the case study that you have prepared. Shortly after the second stage, you will be informed if you get an offer or not. In some cases, there might be and a third 30-minutes interview.
