Interview
This company has no professional ethics, one of the worst interview experiences I faced here.
I applied for the job in the company in Aug and got a call from the recruiter to give interviews. In the next few days, my first Technical Round was scheduled.
It was an hour-long Video Call based interview where I was asked questions related to SFDC Development ranging from Apex, Trigger, SOQL, Security to Integration, Aura Components, Async Apex. I got a quick response from them after this and after clearing the first round, the next technical round was scheduled within two days.
The second round was also similar, it went for an hour over the video call and they asked me all kinds of questions related to SFDC development both Config and Customization. They also ask to share the screen and write simple code and queries. After clearing this round, the final Managerial round was also scheduled within two days.
This round was 45 minutes long Video Call based managerial-technical round where they asked me the business process about the projects I worked in, about Clouds and Domains I have worked in, my role in the project, and similar stuff.
After this, the recruiter called me to tell all rounds have been cleared and for salary and joining date discussion. They wanted early joining and they asked me to negotiate my notice period in my current organization. I went ahead and discussed that in my company and later asked DGenX for releasing the offer letter.
After this, they kind of disappeared and never reached back. I tried to contact them multiple times but all in vain. This is the worst thing a company can do to a candidate. They never said that they do not want to hire now, or if what went wrong. In anticipation of the job from them, you resign from your company, and then even after clearing all interviews and agreeing on the salary and joining date, they will start ghosting you and leave you in between. I blame the managers and leadership team in DGenX for this.
Highly unprofessional.
