Diligenta Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy and simple interview overall. I heard back the same day with a job offer, which was a great surprise. The interview questions were very generic and straightforward, focusing on teamwork, problem solving, and telling them a bit about myself. Nothing felt too difficult or unexpected. The interviewers were very, very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed.
