I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dissertation Editor
Interview
I sent my CV and a customized Cover Letter and heard backs in a week or 2. The interview process is pretty straightforward. First a quick phone interview, next sign an NDA, a quick Assessment. My only issue with the process is yet again I got ghosted at some point. I’m also only assuming I got ghosted cuz the position is posted on Indeed again. Anyways I understand that everyone has things going on but it literally takes 2 seconds to email someone back and copy paste a rejection letter from Google. If I was a recruiter/HR I would never ghost an applicant cuz I understand that getting feedback can help them on their job search journey.

Interview
As this was a remote position, the interview was conducted via phone by the Hiring Manager and CEO. The questions were prepared and very professional, but the process was pleasant and congenial throughout. No curve balls here.
