Really friendly and confident interviewers. It felt casual but I felt cared about. I had a preliminary phone interview, then was invited to do a fairly hefty writing exercise that took about 7 hours. After that, the final round was a zoom interview.
The zoom part was quite difficult - definitely a lot of industry based questions and was asked about my thoughts on political topics rather than about myself. Probably my hardest interview I've ever done, but I got great vibes from the people who own/work at District.
