The interview process was fairly easy. They do not ask you many technical questions and really care for your growth. Be open and show you are a team player who can handle problems on your own

Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dockers (CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Applied for the position and was contacted by someone on the talent acquisition team. Had a phone screen with her, it went incredibly well (her words). I was to meet with 3 people. I was surprised to have been advanced to the person I would report to for the next rounds. Another amazing conversation was had, concluding with him telling me that he's confident that this role is for me and I should email him if I had further questions. I reached out to the talent specialist and she was gate keeping his email address so I sent her the thank you note and a courtesy question for the director I interviewed with. A week later I received an email saying that they've decided to go in another direction. Ironically, the role still has not been filled almost 3 months later so either the company isn't doing well or they were wasting candidates' time with mock interviews. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
