Everything started off well.
Although the initial interview felt strange without her camera on – I really hope recruiters don't make it a habit – the recruiter was friendly and approached me in a kind and polite manner. It was rare for me to encounter a recruiter who genuinely seemed to search for the positives and made an effort to keep the conversation calm and pressure-free. I was deeply impressed by her demeanor.
In the next stage, I spoke with the company owner. It was a cold and high-pressure interview; he was calm but seemed a bit hostile as if he considered it a waste of his time.
Following the second interview, I didn't receive any feedback; I was ghosted. This is incredibly disrespectful and completely shattered the positive impression I had initially formed.
