Stay away. I got all the way to an offer, but once I got the contract, it had extraordinarily aggressive terms which Unionen strongly advised me not to accept. Specifically, the non-compete clause has an "arbitration" clause that effectively lets them make baseless claims against you if you try to leave, and then drag things out in arbitration forcing you to pay high arbitration fees until you run out of money and are forced to give up. All this is possible even if you don't go to an actual competitor - they just have to make the claim that you did and then waste time. Because it's arbitration instead of real court, they can get away with it and there's very little the Union can do to help you. The Union guy I talked to said "I would never advise anyone to accept terms like this under any circumstances."
I raised this issue with Doktor.se, and they said they would fix the contract, then a few days later changed their mind and said they wouldn't. They probably did this in hopes that I would turn down my other offer during that time.
Stay away from these guys, seriously. Don't even waste your time interviewing there.
