phone interview with recruiter, one-on-one interview with DM, one-on-one interview with regional director. DM and RD are more concerned with your idea of shrink and how to deal with it, since-apparently-everybody that has worked for Dollar General has ended up being a thief. The company really didnt seem to care about past work experience too much- I assume because they know some other sucker will come in and fill the spot when you get burned out and leave.
