Interview
The interview and hiring process was fairly simple. I completed an online application and about two weeks later I recieved a phone call asking if I was still interested in the position, of course I was so the manager asked if I could come in to talk about what she was looking for. The next day I went into the location and she basically asked me when I was available to work and I recieved a conditional offer of employment pending a background check. Its been a week and I'm still waiting to hear from the manager about my background.

Interview
The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.

The one thing they asked me was why I wanted the job.
I applied online through the website and the managed called me. I scheduled an interview over the phone. I was taken to the office where she asked me some questions (I don't remember them) and I handed her my resume. She basically hired me there, I think.

Interview
They told me my responsibilities and I was hired. The only question I was asked is "Do you have any questions?" Most definitely the easiest interview of my life. I got hired for showing up.
