30 min long interview session with one of the Employment Specialists Team. Casual conversation about current work and how skills can merge over to position applying for. We discussed what a potential day on the job looks like and who I may be working with. The atmosphere of the locations and what to expect during training.

Very informal. Few questions. Mostly about introducing yourself and letting them know about your experience with sales/food service. You sit in the coffee shop and talk at the table with the interviewer. They take notes on your interview.
