The interview process involved a phone screening followed by three virtual interviews. I promptly followed up after each interview with each person that interviewed me. After the third interview I was completely ghosted by Doral Renewables, never to hear from them again. Overall, it was a really disappointing, unprofessional experience, and it definitely changed my overall perception of and respect for the company.
