Interview
I showed up for the interview at the warehouse/production site. Someone led me into a cafeteria-looking room. The CEO came in and interviewed me and gave me a tour of the facility. Every aspect of the tour she had something to complain about. "Workers are making me angry because I told them not to put boxes here." "That employee does a pretty good job but she's slow." "That's over there is the only person in this office I trust to set the alarm." All she did was talk about the problems and what a drag it is to work there. Teh 2nd in command came to interview me next. My first question to him was that he and his CEO haven't said anything nice about their employees. Please say something you like about your staff." The interview ended a question or two later and I thanked God that I never heard from them ever again.

Can you follow directions? Our staff has trouble with that.
You must go into store for a paper application. Then return the application with resume attached and answer application questions. Then come in for an interview with store owner which is just answering questions.
Hiring manager reached out by phone for an interview. Had interview with general interview questions. The hiring manager compiled my info to give to the Director and if they liked it then I would be called back. No call back or email to say that I was not chosen for the position.
